March!!

Well, here it is the end of March and jobs are not looking so hot for me....The state of California just gave pink slips to 2600 teachers......ouch I know.....we are hoping that many of them will be rescinded before the school year is over.....but my chances of getting a public elementary school job is slim to none.
I am hoping however, to receive a full time job at Clos du Bois Winery, where I have been working for the past year and half. This would be wonderful and let me have the time to still go visit my family in Seattle, New Orleans and Newport, OR. I have promised my sweet nieces and nephews that their auntie would be coming soon......
I am finally getting one dream of mine, Ry and I are planning to go to Italy this summer for two weeks....we are very excited and just getting our plans together. Any advice I would be more than happy to take.....

Almost Done

Well here it is the night before the final two weeks. Before we head down the final stretch I wanted to thank all my family and friends for the huge amount of support the have given me and Ry over the past semester! No I haven't fallen off the earth yet.....but I will be soon! Into my own world and a place to spend sometime with Ry and Evey and ofcourse our families for the holidays. I will be back in the social world in January but till then I wish everyone a happy holiday season. Please know I love you all and thank you so much for everything!!!
I will be traveling with my parents down to Orange County for a few days while Ry finishes up the year at Petaluma Poultry. Then the mounds of food began. With our first Christmas dinner with Ryan's family then, it is off to my parents in Oregon for a few days of celebration. Then it is home again for some partying for New Years!!!
This is looking to be a great year full of family and friends!! Hopefully new jobs...for me.....and ofcourse lots of love!!!
